Fun Inflatable Toys the Kids can Enjoy in the Garden

There’s nothing better on a warm summer’s day than spending some time in the garden with the children, and there are many reasons to do so. Outdoor toys are of course part of the fun for kids, and there are plenty of inexpensive products that can bring hours of fun and provide a little exercise.

From bouncy castles and inflatable toys to slides, pools and even trampolines – there’s no shortage of imaginatively designed items that will keep the little ones amused and entertained.

Inflatables for the garden

It may seem slightly strange to the adults, but children do get maximum fun out of simply bouncing up and down in an inflatable castle, or simply throwing a huge air-filled ball to each other. Inflatables are amongst the most popular outdoor toys, and a wealth of designs are available including circus tents, multi-activity designs with slides, and even blow-up dinosaurs. You can also purchase assault courses and mazes for some additional fun, or choose those traditional favorites such as the sealed inflatable paddling pool. Larger water slides can be positioned directly into a pool for maximum fun, and will help to keep the kids cool on those hot summer days.

Outdoor games

Games bring additional fun for children and you can purchase fully-inflatable mini-golf courses, a safe air-filled junior climbing wall, or even blow-up bowling lanes. To give the kids a little exercise while having a lot of fun, why not buy an air-filled trampoline, or a heavy-duty bungee run. There are also versions for smaller children including multi-activity units for toddlers, with themes such as cartoon characters and animals. The bonus with this type of garden toy is that they can be deflated and then stored away in a garden shed until it’s time to use them again.

Most of today’s inflatable units will come with electric fans, which makes filling with air a simple process. Ground sheets and stakes to keep the inflatable firmly in place should also be part of the package. Prices do vary depending on the size and quality but there’s no doubt that this one-time purchase will provide many fun-filled days for the kids.
