I used to be a skeptic about the use of printable coupons, now that has all changed. I am now a faithful printable coupon user. Most printable coupons are higher in value than the coupons you find in the Sunday newspaper inserts. Plus, when you have weekends like this one when there isn’t going to be any coupon inserts, there are still lots of great printables to be had.
When you print coupons from coupons.com you can usually print 2 from each device you have. So, you can use your desktop, laptop, tablet, phone, etc. and usually end up with some great coupons. I was having some trouble printing from my phone until some blogging friends recommended the HP Wireless Printer. I picked up the HP WIRELESS Inkjet Multifunction Printer for $39 on Black Friday at Walmart and I am so glad I did. The printer came with 1 full size color HP Ink Cartridge and 1 full size Black HP Cartridge. I was so excited to get a great bargain and now I am printing coupons like a pro!
I don’t print every coupon, I only print what I know I will use. I plan my grocery shopping trips based on the sale ads that come in the Sunday paper, print or clip the coupons I need and get to shopping. I don’t like to spend a lot of time in the stores, so I am not tempted to over spend or impulse buy.
Printable coupons are definitely helping me save money on our grocery budget. I prefer to print my coupons in color, but you can also choose to only print them in black and white to conserve your colored ink cartridge. Most stores will accept printable coupons in black and white as long as the quality of the printing is high. NEVER, I repeat never scan or copy printable coupons. Scanning or copying coupons is fraud and a crime punishable by law.
Stores and companies sometimes offer direct print offers from their websites. If you don’t have the ability to print ask the brands on Facebook or Twitter if they offer coupons by mail. Ask your friends and family to print for you. Our local library will print a full page for 8 cents and you can normally get 3 coupons on a page.
Do you use printable coupons or plan to start soon? I would love to hear what kind of coupons you use or don’t use!

Target has some great printable coupons on their website, too.
