We had the opportunity, as part of the Carmex Blog Squad, to review the Carmex Healing Cream and Carmex Healing Lotion. I have used the Carmex Lip Balms for years and was anxious to give the lotion and cream a try.
I am a preschool teacher, so I wash my hands many times through out the day. (It seems like hundreds, maybe someday I will count. That would be a great math experience for the kiddos). My hands take a beating not just from washing, but from the “stuff” that happens before the washing.
I have been using both travel sizes, they fit in my preschool pockets and I can keep them out of the kids site. Most times I can’t tell the difference between which I apply, accept one is a bit thicker than the other.
Both are smooth when applied, not sticky or greasy. They smell wonderful. I don’t like flowery or perfumed lotions, so these are right up my alley with a faint vanilla scent.
My hands have been soft and crack free for the past few weeks of use. The real test will come, when winter really hits in PA. I can’t wait to see how Carmex can keep up with the winter cracking and drying. Hopefully, using it several times a day, I won’t have to find out.
You can purchase Carmex Lotions at stores like, CVS and Walmat. It is also available online through Amazon.
