English Muffin Pizzas are a GREAT quick lunch for the kids and even for myself!! My kids LOVE them and we have been known to do them for dinner as well on crazy school nights!! They are also quite frugal and they are something that won’t kill my daily points allowance for Weight Watchers! They can be customized to any kid the day we made these someone ate all the Canadian Bacon and I hadn’t realized it!! I planned to split a piece of Canadian Bacon on to my two pieces for zero points plus but it was still filling and yummy with out! You can bring down the points plus value down if you have the light English muffins and fat free mozzarella! Each kid can make their own once you slice the english muffins!
English Muffin Pizzas Recipe Ingredients:
- English muffins split in half
- Pizza sauce (We used ragu)
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Veggie or meat toppings *adjust your points plus value for each topping*
English Muffin Pizzas Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Split English Muffins in half
- Spread Ragu Pizza Sauce
- Top with cheese and other toppings
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes
*For the English muffin for 6 Points Plus value I used 1/4 Mozzarella Cheese, and a 1/4 cup of Pizza Sauce*
